Associate Professor
I have completed my B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a renowned university namely Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, Bangladesh. I also attained a Masters in Structural Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic. Recently, I completed my PhD research in Structural Engineering from the School of Engineering at Western Sydney University, Australia. I have been awarded various scholarships and awards for my academic excellence. In my PhD research, I have developed proper design guidelines for concrete-filled steel tubular members by considering size effect. Besides, I have published some research outcomes in different renowned international journals. I have also attended some international conferences to present my research works and received some good appreciation. Furthermore, I engage myself in some professional and administrative activities. Likewise, consultant for Civil Engineering works, an examination committee member, an active member of the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh, a reviewer in different journal papers, and an adviser in different social welfare associations. Moreover, I was the part of organizing committee of an international conference held in RUET.
